It works as follows:
Strain out the brine that comes in canisters with then olive pour the olives in the silo with the lifting belt where it supplies the multicabeçote (balance) that vibrating distributes to the scales when they reach the desired weight open alternately falling into a funnel filling pots that follow vibrating to wrap up the olives in jars, they go out to a mat that contains a brine shower that falls by gravity, are capped (in our case, manually) follows on another track that passes for a shower, going to the labeler then passes to date and batch, follows for sealing following to the oven shrinkage and other mat for storage.

Note: With eight (8) staff produce finished units 10 per second or longer to be palletized bales.
